We're an early, fast-moving team focused on capturing the Garba market through ticket sales, delivering high-quality products, and building a longevity brand that lasts generations. Everyone here owns real outcomes and sees their work in the hands of thousands of dancers every Navratri.
The Role
Drive ticket sales and customer retention through strategic email marketing by delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time. Success in this role directly contributes to helping organizers sell more tickets and strengthening the Rameelo brand.
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and send promotional email campaigns for all Rameelo events.
- Segment customers by location, organizer, artist, purchase history, and engagement.
- Promote event launches, early bird pricing, reminders, giveaways, and last chance campaigns.
- Build automated email journeys for new subscribers, purchasers, and post-event follow-up.
- Grow and maintain a clean, organized customer database.
- Optimize campaign performance through testing and analytics.
