We're an early, fast-moving team focused on capturing the Garba market through ticket sales, delivering high-quality products, and building a longevity brand that lasts generations. Everyone here owns real outcomes and sees their work in the hands of thousands of dancers every Navratri.
The Role
Build, maintain, and continuously improve the Rameelo web platform by delivering high-quality features, fixing bugs, and creating exceptional user experiences. Success in this role directly contributes to platform reliability, customer satisfaction, and product innovation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend features for the web platform.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable software.
- Fix bugs and resolve production issues quickly.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to deliver new functionality.
- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code.
- Continuously improve application performance and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning.
