The Role
Drive ticket sales and customer engagement through timely, high-impact SMS campaigns that deliver the right message at the right moment. Success in this role helps organizers sell more tickets while maintaining a trusted and valuable communication channel with customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and send SMS campaigns for all Rameelo events.
- Execute event launches, early bird promotions, reminders, giveaways, and last chance ticket campaigns.
- Segment customers by location, organizer, artist, purchase history, and engagement.
- Build automated SMS journeys for subscribers, purchasers, and event reminders.
- Optimize campaign performance while maintaining SMS compliance and minimizing opt-outs.
- Coordinate messaging with email and the broader marketing team.
