We're an early, fast-moving team focused on capturing the Garba market through ticket sales, delivering high-quality products, and building a longevity brand that lasts generations. Every role here is fully remote, paid hourly, and owns real outcomes you can see in the hands of thousands of dancers every Navratri.
The Role
Own the organizer relationship at Rameelo. You are the person event organizers text when they need something, the project manager who keeps every Garba and Dandiya event on schedule, and the connective tissue between organizers and the Rameelo team when we launch something new. Success here is measured in organizers who sell more tickets, stay with us season after season, and tell other organizers to join.
Compensation
$25 / hour
Part-time · Remote — United States. Paid hourly, fully remote, with hours that flex around the Navratri event calendar.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships with event organizers from first onboarding call through post-event wrap-up.
- Project manage each event launch — ticket tiers, on-sale dates, marketing timelines, and deadlines — so nothing slips.
- Coordinate new initiatives with the Rameelo team, translating organizer needs into clear internal plans.
- Run onboarding: help organizers set up events, ticketing, payouts, and their organizer portal.
- Be the first responder on organizer questions and issues, escalating anything urgent and closing the loop.
- Track account health, spot at-risk organizers early, and drive renewals for the next Navratri season.
- Collect organizer feedback and turn it into prioritized product and process improvements.
Skills & Tools
What We're Looking For
- Experience in client success, account management, customer success, or project coordination.
- Exceptionally organized — you run a calendar, a checklist, and a follow-up list without being asked.
- Comfortable owning a relationship: proactive updates, hard conversations, clear next steps.
- Able to work US evenings and weekends during Navratri season, when events actually happen.
- Genuine interest in Garba, Dandiya, and the Gujarati community in America.
