Rameelo is the ticketing and community platform for Garba, Dandiya, and Navratri events across the United States — built by and for the Gujarati diaspora. We make it effortless to discover, join, and organize the celebrations that keep our culture alive, wherever you are in the country.

We're an early, fast-moving team focused on capturing the Garba market through ticket sales, delivering high-quality products, and building a longevity brand that lasts generations. Every role here is fully remote, paid hourly, and owns real outcomes you can see in the hands of thousands of dancers every Navratri.

The Role

Grow the Rameelo brand and drive ticket sales by creating and consistently publishing social media content that people actually stop for. You own the content calendar, the posting cadence, and the community in the comments across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

Compensation

$20 / hour

Part-time · Remote — United States. Paid hourly, fully remote, with hours that flex around the Navratri event calendar.

Primary Responsibilities

Plan and maintain the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Write captions and build posts, Stories, and Reels that promote Garba and Dandiya events and grow brand awareness.
Publish and schedule content daily, keeping a consistent posting cadence through Navratri season.
Engage the community — reply to comments and DMs, and build relationships with attendees and organizers.
Coordinate with organizers and the design team so event content ships on time and on brand.
Track reach, engagement, and traffic, and adjust the calendar based on what actually performs.
Spot trends and trending audio early and adapt them to the Garba community.

What We're Looking For

Reliable daily posting discipline; consistency beats brilliance here.
Comfortable filming and editing quick vertical video on a phone.
Plugged into Garba, Dandiya, Bollywood, and South Asian culture in the US.
