How to find your tickets
Your tickets are not really in an email — they live in your Rameelo account, attached to the email address you checked out with. That one fact answers almost every version of this question.
This takes about a minute. There is no password to remember and nothing to install unless you want to.
The short answer
If you only read one thing, read this.
Two steps
Go to rameelo.com/portal/tickets and sign in with the exact email address you used at checkout. Your tickets are there, with a code for each one.
No password exists on your account — we email you a 6-digit code instead. Using a different address of yours is the single most common reason somebody finds an empty account.

What it looks like
Press the gold button to move through the screens, the same way you will on your own phone.
From sign-in to the code at the door
A sketch of the real screens — four taps, start to finish.
Step 1. Enter the email you checked out with. There is no password field, because there is no password.
The sign-in screen shows a single email address field and a Send my code button.
Step by step
The same four steps in writing, in case you would rather read than tap.
Step 1: Open rameelo.com and go to My Tickets
On a phone, tap the account icon and choose My Tickets, or go straight to rameelo.com/portal/tickets.
Step 2: Enter the email you checked out with
This is the step that decides whether you find anything. Tickets are attached to one address, so it has to be that one — not another address of yours, and not a partner’s. If you are not sure which you used, search your inboxes for “Rameelo” and see which one the confirmation landed in.
Step 3: Type the 6-digit code we email you
No password is involved. The code arrives within a minute; if it has not, check spam and promotions before requesting another. Each new code cancels the previous one, so use the most recent email.
Step 4: Open the event and show the code at the door
Each ticket has its own code. A volunteer scans it from your screen — you do not need to print anything, and you do not need to hand your phone over.
On a phone, you have two ways in
Both open the same tickets and the door scans the same code. Pick whichever matches your phone.

The Rameelo app
Your tickets, one tap from your home screen, with no signing in again every time. This is the smoother option if you are on an iPhone or an iPad.

Nothing to install. Open the site in Chrome, Safari or whatever browser you use, sign in, and your tickets are there. The codes are identical.

Either way, sign in with the email address your tickets are attached to. There is no password — we email you a 6-digit code, you type it in, and your tickets are there.
At the door
What actually happens when you arrive, so none of it is a surprise.
Step 1: Load your tickets before you leave, or in the car park
Queues and venue car parks are often the worst signal of the night. Open the ticket once while you still have bars.
Step 2: Turn your screen brightness up
Garba venues are dark and scanners read a bright screen far faster. This is the single biggest thing that speeds up your entry.
Step 3: Show one code per person
A volunteer scans each code once. If you are holding the whole group’s tickets, stay together at the door and swipe through them as each person steps up — or send everyone their own ticket beforehand so nobody has to wait for you.
A screenshot works
If your phone will not connect at the venue, a screenshot of the code scans exactly the same. Take one before you go if your signal is usually poor there.
A code only works once
Each code admits one person and is then spent. So do not post a ticket in a group chat or on a story — whoever scans it first is in, and everybody after them is turned away at the door. If you want somebody else to have a ticket, transfer it to them instead, which moves it properly and leaves them holding their own code.
If My Tickets is empty
Almost always one of three things, in this order of likelihood.
Step 1: You signed in with a different email
The most common cause by a distance. Sign out and try the other addresses you use — work, personal, an old one. Searching your inboxes for “Rameelo” finds the right one fastest.
Step 2: The email was typed wrong at checkout
A missing letter in a domain sends the confirmation nowhere and attaches the order to an address that does not exist. Support can move the order onto your real address — here is exactly how that works.
Step 3: Somebody else bought your ticket
If a friend or a family member paid, the order is on their account, not yours. Ask them to transfer your ticket to your email — it takes them about thirty seconds and then it is genuinely yours.

Common questions
I cannot find the confirmation email. Are my tickets gone?
No. The email is a copy, not the ticket itself — your tickets live in your Rameelo account and stay there whether or not you can find the email. Sign in at rameelo.com with the email address you checked out with and open My Tickets. If nothing is there, you most likely used a different address at checkout than the one you just signed in with.
Do I need the app to get into the event?
No. The app is for iPhone and iPad and it is the smoother option on those devices, but your tickets work exactly the same in any phone browser at rameelo.com. The door scans the same code either way.
There is no password on my account. How do I sign in?
Rameelo is passwordless. You enter your email address and we send a 6-digit code to that inbox. Type the code in and you are signed in. There is nothing to set up and nothing to remember, and the code is only valid for a short time — request a new one if it expires.
I think I used the wrong email at checkout.
That is a fixable problem and support does it for you. Send us the name you used, the event, and the address you meant to use, and we will move the order onto the right email. Both addresses are notified when it moves, so nothing changes hands silently.
Do I need one code per person, or does one code admit my whole group?
One code per ticket. If you bought four tickets you have four separate codes, and each one admits one person. You can show them all from your own phone as people arrive, or send each person their own ticket ahead of time so they can walk in without you.
Does my phone need to be online at the door?
Load your tickets before you get to the venue, while you still have a good signal. Venue car parks and queues are frequently the worst reception of the night, and a screenshot of the code works at the door if your connection drops.
I bought a multi-night pass. Is there a different code for each night?
Yes. A multi-night pass gives you one code per ticket per night, so each night is scanned on its own. They are all in My Tickets, grouped under the night they admit you on.
