How to get the Rameelo app

The Rameelo app is free, and it is for iPhone and iPad. It puts your tickets one tap from your home screen and keeps you signed in, so you are not typing an email address in a queue in the dark.

On Android, or if you would rather not install anything, your tickets work in any phone browser at rameelo.com. Both routes are covered below.

Install it

Two taps, and you will not need to sign in again after the first time.

On an Android phone?

This download is not for your device, and you are not missing anything at the door. Open rameelo.com/portal/tickets in your browser and sign in — same tickets, same code, same check-in. The section below walks through it.

What happens after you install it

Press the gold button to step through the first-run screens.

Opening the app for the first time

A sketch of the real screens. Your existing tickets are already in there — there is nothing to import.

Step 1. Open the app and enter your email. Use the address you bought your tickets with, or the one an invitation was sent to.

The welcome screen shows one email address field and a Continue button.

Step by step

The same thing in writing.

  1. Step 1: Open the App Store listing

Use the gold button above rather than searching — it opens the listing directly. On an iPhone or iPad it will offer to install; if the App Store tells you the app is not compatible with your device, you are on Android and the browser is your route.

  2. Step 2: Install and open it

It is free, and there is nothing to buy inside it.

  3. Step 3: Enter the email your tickets are attached to

This is the step that matters. Tickets belong to one address, so use the one you checked out with — not another address of yours. Signing in with a different email lands you in an empty account, which is the usual cause of “the app says I have no tickets”.

  4. Step 4: Type the 6-digit code

We email it straight away. There is no password anywhere on your account, so this is the whole sign-in. Check spam if it has not arrived within a minute.

  5. Step 5: That is it — you stay signed in

You will not have to do this again on that device. Your existing orders, tickets and transfers are all already there.

What the app gives you over the browser

Honestly: convenience. Your ticket is not more valid in the app, and check-in is identical.

One tap at the door

You stay signed in, so your ticket is on screen without typing an email address in a dark queue.

It is on your home screen

No hunting for a tab or an old email when you are already at the venue.

Same account, same tickets

The app and rameelo.com are one account. Buy in one, it is in the other immediately.

Nothing is gated behind the app

Buying, finding your tickets, transferring one to a friend, your receipts and check-in all work in a phone browser. If you are on Android, or you simply do not want another app, you are not missing a feature and you will not be held up at the door.

If something goes wrong

The three we actually get asked about.

  1. Step 1: The app looks empty after signing in

You have signed in with a different email than the one you bought with. Sign out, and try the other addresses you use — searching your inboxes for “Rameelo” finds the right one fastest. Full walkthrough here.

  2. Step 2: The code never arrives

Check spam and promotions first. If it is genuinely not arriving, the address may have a typo on it from checkout — support can correct that.

  3. Step 3: The App Store says it is not compatible

That means the device is not an iPhone or iPad. Use rameelo.com/portal/tickets in your browser instead — it is the right answer for your phone, not a downgrade.

Common questions

Is there a Rameelo app for Android?

The Rameelo app is currently for iPhone and iPad only. If you are on Android, open rameelo.com in your browser and sign in — you get your tickets, transfers, your order history and the same code at the door. Nothing about your ticket is worse in the browser, and you are not missing a step at check-in.

Does the app cost anything?

No. The app is free to download and free to use. You only ever pay for tickets.

Do I have to install the app to use my ticket?

No. The app is the smoother option on an iPhone or iPad, but every ticket works in a phone browser at rameelo.com and the door scans the same code either way.

I installed the app. Where are the tickets I already bought?

Sign in with the same email address you checked out with and they are already there — the app and the website are one account, so there is nothing to import or move across. If the app looks empty, you have almost certainly signed in with a different address than the one you bought with.

The app is asking for a code instead of a password.

That is correct and there is no password to find. Rameelo is passwordless: you enter your email, we send a 6-digit code to that inbox, and you type it in. If the code has not arrived within a minute, check your spam folder.

Can I use the app on an iPad?

Yes. The same app runs on iPhone and iPad, and signing in on one does not sign you out of the other.

I cannot find Rameelo when I search the App Store.

Use the download button on this page instead of searching — it opens the listing directly, which avoids the guesswork of a search result. If the App Store says the app is not compatible with your device, you are most likely on an Android phone, where the browser at rameelo.com is the way in.
